Our Corbett Canyon facility tucked away in the Edna Valley completes the full suite of winemaking services offered by SLO Wine Storage, adding custom crush, aging, barrel storage, blending, and bottling in addition to our existing storage and delivery capabilities. The facility caters to clients of all sizes and price points by providing crushing and pressing infrastructure for large and small lots. We have barrel storage and space for alternating proprietors, 1.2 million gallons of stainless storage, and a bottling line that can produce 500,000 cases per year.
